This includes new partnership concepts for professionals outside of addexpert, in-house development of an e-recruiting/matching platform, as well as methods and automization for the full utilization of existing synergies.

 

The profiling of jobs and candidates is carried out solely by our recruitment experts or the various addexpert partners who have been certified for our processes. The profiling method, which is based on fuzzy logic, allows for unprecedented multilevel filtering and essentially flawless matching of candidates and jobs.

    Are you a networker?

    This partnership model is aimed at people who have complex or large networks. Network partners are given the opportunity to recommend selected people to addexpert such as friends, employees or colleagues who want to make a career change either immediately or in the near future.

     

    • The partner provides a service to colleagues, employees or friends while building additional business.
    • Professionals who are interested or willing to change jobs can receive job offers according to their profile, as desired. They will receive long-term advice and support from expert recruiting professionals.
    • addexpert can thus generate additional candidate dossiers (usually of well-qualified experts), bringing down the total cost of searching for the right candidates and making a faster hire.

     

    Process and Principle    After a brief orientation, the partner is able to enter suggested candidates (including CV) to the addexpert system within a few minutes. In the partner's area of the site, all of the candidate data including all documents is displayed. Thanks to the most modern profiling method available on the market, the value of each candidate dossier is guaranteed to be maintained. The addexpert system is available 24x7 to all users.

    This partnership model is aimed at people who work in HR or recruiting and want to make better use of their resources or candidate dossiers. The recruiting partners have the opportunity to join addexpert to take advantage of synergies and benefit from modern recruiting methods.

     

    The main reasons to be a partner
    • Online platform for rapid profiling of your own candidates
    • state-of-the-art filters and search engines for your own candidates
    • Conduct individual campaigns for your own candidates. 
    • Commission for brokering partner candidates via addexpert
    • Enter jobs on addexpert to match of all candidates
    • broker candidate placements from across the addexpert database

In the partner's area of the site, all of the candidate data including all documents is displayed.     When brokering candidates added to the system by other partners, the respective shares of the commission are split according to the partnership agreement. Conduct search campaigns for your own jobs or candidate campaigns are standardized services that are ordered as needed from addexpert and charged per the price list.

  • Business partner

    The plus for business partners!

    This partnership agreement is geared towards individuals and businesses who are already working in human resources or recruiting and want to improve their potential through cooperation and shared services. In addition to the full use of the synergies available in the candidate area, the business partner can select services as needed. This includes the infrastructure from the headquarters of the addexpert, which is designed to meet the many needs of the recruiting business.

     

    The main reasons to be a partner
    • The highest use of synergies in the recruiting business. Iinfrastructure for high standards and services on demand.
    • Job campaigns and job management including creating job ads. Individual campaigns for your choice of candidates
    • Broker candidate placements from across the addexpert database. Purchase ad slots at lowest possible batch prices.

     

    Process and Principle   After the installation and launch, the partner will be able to be manage some or all of their candidates in the addexpert system. In the partner's area of the site, all of the candidate data including all documents is displayed and can be compressed up to a factor of 1,000 or filtered without losing viable candidates. The addexpert system is available 24x7 to all users.

     

    For your own search orders, you have access to different services or individual use of our infrastructure, with charges based on usage. The placement of candidates from the entire network is mutually possible for all parties/partner and for all cases (constellations) governed by the partnership agreement.
